Keep Progressing

Its never good to stand still and do nothing. Especially when that comes to business, Its not enough to just tick along. You must always improve and try to better your self and what you can offer to stay ahead of the game. It doesn't have to be anything big but progression is always key. (for me at least)

So the last few months of 2017 I added barbering skills (I'm now level 3 trained) as well as Acrylic nail application to my skill set and services list.

I have added several new clients to my list from this and with each set of nails or men's haircut my skills continue to improve. You never stop learning in this industry as new things a constantly happening and you need to stay on the ball otherwise you risk falling behind.

As well as extending my skill set, my assistant has been doing the same. Carol who was already a qualified hairstylist is now qualified in make up so that she can further help me at large weddings meaning our timing are improved and we can fit more people in.
